                        Enrollment Assistant

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT 

One F/T position avail.  Wilkinsburg area.  Bachelor’s Deg. or Assoc.’s Deg. in psych., sociology, counseling, educ., or related field preferred.  High School Diploma or GED required.  Ability to work with people with disabilities reqd.  Must be able to travel. Access to personal transport. reqd. Resp. incl.: eligibility prescreening, procurement of MA-51 documentation, assisting with financial eligibility requirements, intake and referral and the initialization of subsequent enrollment process, maintaining case records, issuing denials, and assistance with transitioning for consumers.  Responsible for all reporting, budgeting, and admin. funcs. associated with the position.  Responsible for all job duties per the attached job description.
