The Attendant Care Waiver Program
For people 18-59 who are able to direct and manage their own care with activities of daily living such as: bathing, dressing, ambulating, eating, personal hygiene, and meal preparation. Laundry, cleaning, and personal chores can also be provided. -
CSPPPD - Community Services Program for Persons with Physical Disabilities
Provides specialized services for people with developmental disabilities other than mental retardation. The disability must affect at least three major functions and the person must be currently living in, or entering a nursing home.
