Donor Rights

1. The donor has the right to expect that the contractor for which
    monies are being solicited:

        a. is a properly organized and exempt from taxation

        b. is controlled by a Board of Directors that exercises
            independent judgment in overseeing its affairs

        c. keeps accurate financial records and is audited annually

        d. has implemented the services to which donated funds will
            be applied

2. The donor has the right to:

        a. know that the material used or statements made in the
            solicitation are complete and true

        b. know/establish the fair market value of anything given to
            the contractor

        c. know exactly how the donation will be spent, if requested
            by donor

        d. an immediate response from the contractor regarding any
            question or inquiry on the use of the donated funds and/or
            materials

        e. information that would allow the donor to designate fund
            for a specific program or project
